Nursery / Farm Hand

On offer we have a fantastic permanent role as a Nursery / Farm hand. This role is very physical and will be a out in the feild, inside the nursery and also assisting the warehouse. This role will be a permanent role and the work hours and days do have some flexibility. The location is Mount Compass.

Key Responsibilities

• Weeding,
• Potting
• Order picking
• Plant maintenance and loading trolleys
• Assisting with general warehouse and labouring duties
• Manual handling

Requirements

• Previous experience in horticulture is beneficial
• Ability to work up to 37.5 hours per week
• Physically fit
• Own or have regular access to reliable transportation
• Express interest in plants and gardening
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
